Hello!I bought a LCD Back Cover RW56ZHHow can I verify that this original part?

It could be defective -- or warped from shipping -- or just incorrectly installed. You'll have to contact the parts seller for details.

The part number is RW56J and for a Precision M6600 system.

I doubt there's any such thing as a replica of a part like this -- it has to be OEM for Dell (from the label it looks like Foxconn made it, but they're a large ODM for most computer vendors).
