Fingerprint sensor not detected on windows 10

I have laptop dell Vostro 3460 and i upgraded to windows 10 recently, everything is fine except for the fingerprint reader which is always disconnected.
N.B.

I have already installed digital persona  and i have installed the latest software driver for the sensor from the dell support website
