fingerprint scanner wont work
i just bought a new dell xps M1530 . everything seems to be fine except the fingerprint scanner . it doesnt work..
can some body hepl

Hi Ace,
I have the same problem. In my case I could get it to enroll my fingerprints after many attemps. However, when loging on it would work the first time but never again. I just hope I didn't pay too mutch for the reader. Hey! my password is still working though. Sorry. Have you tried wetting (licking) your finger before scanning? I heard that works everytime for some folks.
