Error on opening of Quickset application & Non working of Fn+F3 key combination

In my Dell XPS L502X, the Quickset opens with an error; however I can continue to access the application by clicking the OK button, although some control are missing.  And from here (Quickset interface), I can control (enable/disable) the touch pad, but I'm unable to use (Fn+F3) combination to control the touch pad. However the orange led is working fine with the clicking of the (Fn+F3) combination. And all my other Fn key combination are working fine. The Quickset which I'm using on Window 7, 64 bit is

Hi Gogoi,

I recommend you to uninstall the quickset application from programs and features and reinstall the same and it should work. Use the below link to uninstall the Quickset application:
