error code :0xc0000098 dell Inspiron ultra book

I forgot my password and to reset it I put the win 8 disk in drive to boot but when I get in setup and tried to restore the system but pop up error massage there is no disk available after this I opened the command prompt to check the volume but this is also saying no volume is available. Now at startup this error code is coming file:/BCD error code :0xc0000098 Please help me to sort out this issue Thanks
