E6400 owner...Warranty Provider = UNY means what??

Anybody really know what UNY means? The Service Contracts section for contact and warranty shows a different provider for our XPS laptop with next business day in-home coverage.  I am especially curious about UNY after buying an E6400 business class laptop for personal use. Do they come to your home to fix??

I can't find any details on Dell about this contract either. It indicates "next business day support", but I have no clue what it covers. Does it covers software or driver troubles like blue screen or other stuff? Does this warranty cover remote troubleshooting and diagnosis?

How is the hardware or diagnostic warranty affected if the owner decides to install a fresh copy of Win 7 to get rid of Vista bug headaches? Are owners obligated to buy Dell's Win 7 upgrade kit or can I install full Win 7 Professional which is given to college students for free or at huge discount?

any ideas, facts or opinion appreciated

Dell's warranty doesn't cover software (OS/drivers).

The UNY part refers to the 3rd party vendor (Unisys) that would come 'onsite' for any hardware repairs that may be needed.

What about international warranty? Can UNY be transferred to another country?
