Dell XPS13 choppy/slow webpages and other 2D performance

Hello Dell community,

This issue concerns a XPS13 L322X. It seems my XPS13 has alot of trouble with 2D rendering; webpages in particular. Webpages and visual elements on webpages react choppy or slow to input. Much like the video posted below of another user that has a similair problem with his XPS15. Also scrolling a webpage is choppy and delays. It seems like the problem started a few weeks ago after a BIOS update but i'm not sure because it depends on the website how evident the problem is. I've tried different browsers but for example Firefox has even more problems. I also use CAD software and 3D rendering isn't an issue but 2d sketches seems te be proces heavy. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

I tried:

Updating intel WIFI driver
Updating graphics card driver

Please note this is not my video. This is a video I found on youtube from a different user with a different model laptop but with a similair problem.
