Dell XPS 13 ultrabook crashing frequently. Attaching the screen shot. This is frustrating . Every day once or twice this happens. What could be the reason for this.
I am sorry that I missed your first post. If you are still having problems like this I suggest reinstalling the Intel HD video drivers. Go to support.dell.com and look for your system, look for video drivers for the version of the operating system that you are using and download and save them on the desktop, don't install them yet.
Uninstall the Intel HD drivers and restart the system and then install the drivers that you saved on your desktop. Check to see if there are any errors or problems when installing the drivers and see if the problem returns after reinstalling them.
Please report back here with the results. Please include the specific version of the XPS 13 that you have and the version of Windows that you are using in your reply.
