Dell laptop no connections available/wifi problems

Hey everyone. I just bought a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 yesterday with Windows 10 and I'm having some connection issues.  The laptop does not list any available connections, only an option for Network settings or airplane mode.  When I click on change adapter options there is only Bluetooth listed but no WiFi.  I also attempted using the Fn key and the command key to switch the connection on, however all this does is toggle airplane mode on and off.

I went into device manager to try and locate the Wifi driver to uninstall/reinstall, however I'm either not seeing it or it isn't there.  Sorry if the question is vague, I can attempt to provide more details and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try pressing the Function key with the print screen button and see if that turns on the wireless card.   If still no go check network devices, press the windows key with the x key and choose network connections and does it show any network devices, try toggling FN and PRT SCRN when doing this and see if it makes a connection appear.  If no connections show at all, try device manager.  Press the windows key with the X key and choose device manager, look for network adapters, are any listed and if so which ones.

If you do find a network adapter please take a look here for further instructions on connecting to a network. Please reply back here if the problem continues and nothing you do seems to help.
