Under the advance tab, using the keyboard down arrow highlight the SATA operation and change to the AHCI again using keyboard.

Could you let us know if you tried the same.

Provide us your system tag#, name and  email via private message,by clicking on my name in blue

and then select send a private message for records purpose.

thank you for your response but my bios's options are hidden.

I can not using keyboard to choose any option except that with blue color

Click on "Intel Rapid start" as highlighted and turn it OFF.  Then you can access the SATA setting (it should then in fact revert to AHCI without further action).

The options inside it is hidden.

Expand the Legacy Boot list.

The problem is any option with gray color I can not expand it.

The boot options can be accessed by pressing F12 while start up

Since it appears you can't get to the "change admin password " field, it appears there must be one set on the system - give Dell support a phone call (be prepared with your ownership details) -- they should be able to help you clear the password.
