dell Inspiron 15 5577 loose trackpad

Hey Guys,recently I have purchased Inspiron 5577 Gaming laptop, and seems that the trackpad is loose. It make flapping or like rattling sound even only tapped but not pressed to click. I am just providing the link of the clip for the bettter understanding of my issue. So please let me know if it is how it is designed or it is something like faulty hardware ???
