Check originality of dell battery
I have brought a dell inspiring 1564 battery from authorised dell dealers in may 2016 which lost its backup power in Feb. 2017 and I returned it for a replacement which they provided yesterday with a numbers printed as
2014/03

PLEASE TELL ME WHEATHER IT IS AN ORIGINAL PRODUCT OR NOT?

It may be original, but it's also three years old -- hopefully they discounted the price accordingly because any battery that is more than six months old is likely to have a good part of its expected lifespan behind it before you even start using it.

The battery part# FH4HR is designed for the Inspiron 1564. It is a 6C battery.
