Two people can share the same Windows account simply by logging in with the appropriate password. That said, we definitely recommend giving each user their own separate Windows account and password. Having two accounts will result in more personalization (separate bookmarks, etc.) and better recognition performance. Here are the details from the FastAccess FAQ:
