Dell 5490 dead after electric shock?

The other day when I was sitting in couch with my laptop surfing I got a notification that the battery was running low. I inserted the power adapter on the back. I sensed an electrical shock and it triggered the house earth fault breaker. The laptop went black.

When I try to start it now i get only black screen but the power button and keyboard lights up. Only the fan turns on sometimes. It keeps on going like that in an endless loop.

I have tried disconnecting battery and 30 second-power button press but same result.

Any ideas anyone? Have the electrical shock killed it?
