The link Varna provided above applies not only to DP4400 but all IDPA models.

The main difference for collecting logs from different models is that for DP4400 there is only one esxi host to collect from, whereas DP5xxx/DP8xxx have three esxi hosts and you must collect from the proper host(s) having the HW issues. Also, both these models have physical Data Domains, so if a HW issue is suspected on these, the article can help with that as well.
