Undervolting on a Dell G16 7630, is it possible?

I have tried basically every method now to undervolt but why have Dell disabled it?

Tried ThrottleStop, Intel XTU, BIOS for any options, Alienware Command Center has no options...

I don't see a single reason why a feature that literally has no negatives is disabled on a laptop with a 13900HX a chip that is supposed to be unlocked and configurable?
