The cost of service at dell store
Hello, My laptop works just fine. It had been 4 years since I purchased the device
I am not needed to take the service of any kind. But the fan started making a little voice over the last couple of months.
Should I go to the Dell store for cleaning of the hardware of my dell laptop? And how much will it cost in Indian Rs?
It is a 15 7000 series Inspiron laptop model.

In the US, Dell charges a flat fee for any repair other than a screen or mainboard replacement. It's about $170-200.
You're likely better off taking the system to a local shop that charges by the hour. It may well need just a new fan and cleaning, and a local shop will likely charge half what Dell will.
