Screen issue

Bought the laptop early 2023 and just recently the screen hinge detached by itself. It is working but am afraid that if I close it again I wont be able to open to

open it. I saw reviews posted that this seems

to be an issue with this model.   Its as if the screen hinge melted or something and it is impossible that it is my fault because The laptop usually just sits on my desk and if ever I bring it with me outside, I use a laptop bag.
