Problem with battery degrading quickly
Hi there,
My son's computer's battery is degrading quickly. We got it about 7 months ago. It currently says it is 88% and going down quickly - like 3% a day. It's a Dell Gaming G5 15.
He's very worried about it - any ideas what is going on?

hi
kindly restart and run a diagonistics check
if any issues , may want to get dell to advise
goinng down quickly is not a clear indicator
if no gaming , should last 4-5hrs
with gaming , should be 1-2 hrs .
