Problem with Audio driver Realtek and Microphone

Hello,

I have a big issue with the Windows 10 audio. I have a Dell G5 5590. After a year of having it I realize that I have several problems with the audio device.

It has a Realtek audio card and a headphone output, the issues are as follows:

- Using the drivers downloaded from the Dell website for my pc, the audio from the speakers works well but the mic volume is really low (making it impossible to use with programs for calls/videocalls); I run a test with the Windows 10 settings and at the right distance the maximum value is 14%. The mic value is at max both on the windows settings and on the Realtek control panel.

- Using the same drivers downloaded from the Dell website, when I connect the headphones or an external device via (connector minijack) I don't have the option to directly select the output from the system's output devices (speakers and minijack in this case), which I can do if I choose the Microsoft generic driver.

- Using the Microsoft generic driver for the audio, the mic of the pc has the right values and I can also easily manage the output (see picture for reference), but once in a while I can hear a 'bop' in the output device (both speakers and minijack).

- With both drivers I can't use the mic integrated in the headphones.

Thank you
