PPID Verification
Hello everyone, I bought a battery from a seller saying that it was original, I tried to check the information but I couldn't, on the battery PPID is one, but when I open Dell Manager Power the PPID shown is another. Could someone help me with this?

Only the seller can help, but if it's original,it's not new - the date code means the battery was made in 2014.

The fourth field in the alphanumeric code by the QR is the date code -- the first digit (4 if I read it correctly) means 2014.

I'd be worried about the battery quality or safety if it's not genuine Dell. I would be worried about the quality or safety of the battery if it was not a genuine Dell product. <Removed ad link Dell-Admin>
