No input/output devices found
Hi, few week ago, after the windows update finished I noticed that my speakers and mic are not working. When I go to device manager, there is no "Sound, Video & Game Controller" in the list. I tried running Ubuntu to see if this is a Windows problem and no sound there too. When I run dell diagnostics from the boot menu, and run audio test, speakers are working fine. I tried with updating the bios to latest version A13, but nothing happened. Any suggestions what should I try next ?

At the top of device manager, select Action, and then click on Scan For Hardware Changes, hopefully you will be able to see Sound, Video & Game Controller driver.
If the above step doesn't fix it, select View, and then click on Show Hidden Devices, hopefully the driver appear. If successfully, uninstall / reinstall the driver.
