No fix alienware power plans

I have a Dell g15 5510 i5 10500h rtx 3050 ti laptop, after the last bios update, all power plans except balanced in the system and alienwer disappeared.  A clean install of windows using Support Os Recovery did not restore my power plans.  After installing Alienwer on a new system and pressing Game Shift, High Performance is enabled, there are no other plans.  This does not change the fact that the RTX card does not work at the 80W level.  Alienwer does not show GPU temperature, CPU is ok
