No boot device found option is shutdown

Hi, today there’s a notification regarding the recovery key. I didn’t remember so I search thru youtube how to unlock it. Accidentally, I didn’t double check what I watched and just go through with the instructions. I cleaned my disk part and now it only appears a no device found- and the only thing I can do is to shutdown.

where should I contact this matter? i think I need to re-install a new window?
