My Laptop was broken on the outside (case)..... Need help!

I have a Dell Inspiron 3511, purchased back in 2022 and even the service was expired in July, 2023. So I have noticed the crack this morning, I don't know how it came, I was sure I did not put any weight on it, even the side is cracked but the screen is working fine. How severe is this problem and how can I solve it? Any measures to be taken immediately?
