laptop screen rubber gasket getting broken into pieces

I have purchased dell laptop inspiron 15R in 2013, now the external side of the screen is coming out in pieces.

What I have to do for this.

I had also purchased Dell Inspiron 15R 7520 Special Edition in 2013 and now the rubber gasket in coming out into pieces. Its looking very ugly day by day. 
Can it be replaced at Dell Service center? @DELL-Cares  Please suggest.

I have the same problem too. was your concern already resolved from dell? I bought mine last 2014. now the rubberized part of my dell inspiron 15 were stating to fall off into pieces. been looking for technicians to replace the casing. Or can it be replaced?

I purchased 13 5379 in 2018. The rubber gasket around the screen is breaking into piecez. Its sticky and looking very ugly. Is the gasket available separately?
