Issue with laptop cleaning

So I am having an issue in my laptops backside

It seems a bit moldy and I want to clean it but i don't know how, picture has been attached

Should I use alcohol? Please help in this matter

It's like this because I left it at home for a month and no one used it I guess, but it's my fault noneth
