Issue regarding keyboard input delay

When typing, there is a delay on the screen where characters do not immediately appear, the input seems to freeze momentarily, and after a short pause, all the delayed characters are displayed in bulk. This issue repeats consistently. This issue is only seen when the laptop runs on battery power. Also this issue is only seen on the applications using the integrated intel UHD graphics card.
I use ubuntu 24.04 but the problem is also seen on windows 11.

Please help me in providing the root cause of this problem or providing a fix if available.
