Intel RST Not Running on Inspiron 5558
I have a Inspiron 5558, 49F9262, running Windows 10.0.18362 64 bit. It has been VERY slow to boot up. I notice a message stating Intel RST Service is not running. The version of RST that is installed is 14.5.2.1088.
I have checked Intel's website to see if there is a updated version but I am not able to determine the correct version.
Is the version of RST that I have installed the most up to date version for my laptop and windows version? If not, what is the correct version and where do I get it from.
If the Intel RST version I currently have installed is not the issue to getting RST to operate correctly, what suggestions do you have to get it to work correctly?
I would appreciate your comments,

U2 Thank you for your response.
As suggested I downloaded the file you suggested and installed. After a reboot there were two identical icon on the task bar showing that IRS was not running. I was not able to find where or how to remove the duplicate icon.
I decided to run the install again but this selected uninstall and rebooted, this removed both of the icons from the Task Bar. I then tried to run the install program again but it failed at shortly after the installation progress bar appeared. I exited the install program, rebooted and tried again but got the installation failed again at the same point.
Current situation is IRS is not installed and the version you suggested I install continuously fails on installation.
Any suggestions for moving forward.
