Intel 3D RealSense Depth Camera device not found in Device Manager

I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro on my Dell Inspiron 5559 and when I tried to install the correct driver for the Intel RealSense Camera it threw an error saying it couldn't find the device. So I checked the Device Manager and it isn't there. Imaging Devices doesn't even exist. I've tried everything I know and everything I could find online but of course, nothing helped. I just need to know why Windows doesn't even know the Camera exists because it's built into the laptop and I know the hardware works 100 percent.
