Inspiron 7737 - NVIDIA error: Installer cannot continue - graphics driver could not find compatible graphics Hardware

Yes .. this nugget again.
I STILL have and get great use out of my 7737 laptop. Its been upgraded since to 16GB Ram + 2TB Samsung Evo SSD Drive. It does pretty much all I need .. use it mainly as a music studio/recording system with DAWs etc. Graphics wise I would use a bit of blender 3D and Affinity suite of software - Designer, Photo, Publisher.
A good while back I did have both the INTEL and the DISCRETE NVIDIA GT750m running but somewhere along the way and for some reason I cannot remember I disabled/removed the NVIDIA. Of course now, having done a new fresh clean reinstall of windows 10 on this system I attempted to get back the DISCRETE NVIDIA GT750m .. but to no avail, even tried the edit .inf file trick BUT that only works if the Nvidia card is in the Device Manager under Display Adaptors or Other Devices .. IT IS NOT.
I knew this would not work but shur gave it a go. I downloaded the first NVIDIA Driver ( 2015 ) from Dell driver download for the 7737. Unzipped it and ran the setup. As pretty much expected I got this:
I have seen others over the years attempting all sorts of things to try and resurrect the DISCRETE GT750m but really to no avail. Some say the DISCRETE GT750m component on the MB is borked probably. Though I have my doubts as years and years ago back in windows 8 days I had similar issue and managed to get it back online,
I think this is a Windows 10 issue, not seeing the card plus maybe the newer INTEL Graphics drivers for the Intel HD Graphics 4400 not seeing the GT750m, as I again seem to remember this DISCRETE Nvidia card needs to have the Intel card/drivers installed for both to work.
So the issue is the discrete thing? As to why its not being listed in the Device Manager, hence the error saying "graphics driver could not find compatible graphics Hardware"
Anyway .. its a long shot. Decided to add this post here in case over the last 10 years or so someone has cracked this mystery issue. No biggy if not, its an itch I will just stop scratching going forward,

You may be able to (temporarily) resuscitate the GPU by gently heating it with a heat gun, or carefully heating the entire board in a moderate temperature oven (remove as much plastic componentry as you can before trying). That will re-flow the solder around the GPU.
Failing that, if the system still works with just the integrated video, this system is too old to be worth a mainboard replacement -- particularly given that the replacement board will be just as old as the one on which your GPU has failed.

Thanks @ejn63 .. not a hope I will be replacing the Mobo, would get a new laptop well ahead of that.
7737 singing along nicely as is with the integrated Intel chip. Music apps eg DAWs dont require much by way of graphics punch, nor do likes of Affinity or web design. I dont do gaming. I do a bit of Blender 3d Plus MOHO 2D which work OK on the 7737.
This was the best laptop I ever bought at the time. Good solid aluminum type casing, the 17" screen ( tough to find these days at reasonable ) AND its longevity, even after 10 years its still very functional as is for most work.
Adding the extra 8GB ram and the Samsung EVO SSD made a massive difference
