Inspiron 7559 won't turn on after bios update
My 4 year old laptop stopped working today after a windows update that apparently had a bios upgrade, after rebooting my laptop screen stays black, I can't access bios config or booting options. The bottom led also blinks 3 times in white, then 3 times in amber. I read up a bit and tried recovering using a usb, when I try this, the led blinks 4 times in white, then 3 times in amber.
Is there any hope to have my laptop functioning again?

The led blink 3 time in white, 3 time in amber usually means Recovery Image Not Found (BIOS Recovery 1) and 4 time in white, 3 amber usually means Recovery Image Not Found (BIOS Recovery 2).
Please check if you are able to get into Dell Preboot Menu by following steps below:
1. Power off system,
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu. If successful, following the steps in link below:

If you aren't successful, I'd suggest reseating coin cell battery in the computer by following steps below. This should restore BIOS To Defaults. Good Luck.

Surprisingly USB Recovery BIOS Firmware and reseating coin cell battery didn't get computer up and running again. You sure LED codes are read correctly?

The tool you are asking for is the same USB Recovery BIOS Firmware you have created. You tried reseating memory modules (ram) inside computer? Windows updates and BIOS updates are known to spike up memory to 80 - 100%, therefore causing computer to shut down. In most cases, computer won't power on, sometimes computer will shoot out a memory error code or many other different error codes.

Just in case you need service manual:

If you aren't comfortable opening the computer case or removing components, I suggest contacting Dell Technical Support for further assistance in link below:

I just tried removing the cmos battery for a while, reassembled my laptop and I got the same led codes.
I saw the tech support video about a usb tool that's available for XPS, Latitude and optiplex models, but not for Inspiron unless you contact dell tech support, but when I contacted tech support they really had no idea what I was talking about. Does anyone have some info on this tool?

Yep, absolutely sure that's the code I'm getting, 3,3 code if I start my PC with no USB connected, and 4,3 if I plug a USB with the bios .exe on it, maybe I'm using the wrong file, I'm gonna try using different versions and try my luck until I get something to run.
I'm gonna try reseating the RAM too, haven't tried that either.
Thank you very much for helping me out.

After fiddling around with the bios exe files on my usb, I could only get into the bios recovery using the 1.0.1 bios, it failed once, after it failed, I wouldn't boot from usb anymore, so I just took the cell battery for a while and tried again, this time and to my surprise the flashing went smoothly and without any problems, my laptop was up and running again.
Thanks again for helping out @LSUFAN51!
