Inspirion 7706 2n1: Replace failing SSD, install W11 and download backed-up data. Best practices?

I'm looking for the best practices to prepare for the aftermath of replacing the SSD, how to obtain and re-load Windows 11 and download the cloud back-up. The SSD is still working; there are messages indicating it will fail.

This is my wife's notebook. I'm a Linux user and have little knowledge of the current Windows and Dell apps and practices to do this. Replacing the SSD is easy-peasy.

Is there a good step-by-step guideline someone can point me to? Other suggestions? Thanks a lot!
