Hinge Known Issue

My Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1 has this Right Hinge Problem that is a Dell Laptop known issues.

Seems like Dell technically find ways of not able to cover its warranty in just few days passed from its expiry warranty date. Its expiry date is this month Feb2024.

If this can't be covered then I will try to consider another laptop brand instead.

I have been using Dell Laptop for more than a decade now but never had been this kind of experience despite how careful am I in handling my laptop.

Dell should consider resolving this known issue in their succeeding laptops otherwise their existing customers might be switching to another laptop brands. Dell please don't disappoint me and deal this known issue to be resolved soon. Thanks.
