Hardware Scan Result - PCI Status Tests - D0702 - Fail
My laptop has been acting up lately, with problems related to the gpu. First, I noticed that an online card game I was playing had such low framerate as to be completely unplayable, with the screen being unresponsive for seconds at a time.
I should mention that this was an online card game that is NOT graphically intensive at all.
Then I started getting BSOD's, and an error code like dxkrnl_error.This prompted me to download the latest drivers for my video card, which I assumed would fix the issue of the low framerate on games. It did not. But the BSOD's seem to have stopped. So I ran the Dell Support assist scans.
In my hardware scan I got failures on:
PCI - Status - Fail
PCI - Fail
Video Card - Fail
Memory Controller - Fail
SM Bus Controller - Fail
All with status codes - D0702. What can I do to fix this problem? Are there log files I can provide to help troubleshoot?
Thanks

In the Dell Diagnosis, try running an extensive memory scan. If the scan is throwing out errors, shut down the computer completely, remove the bottom cover and re-seat your RAM module(s). Run the failed tests again and see if the tests pass.
If the tests continue to fail and you have more than one RAM module installed, shut down the computer, but this time, remove one of the RAM modules and test again. If the tests continue to fail, shut down and repeat the process again, but reinstall the module that you previously removed and remove the other module. This helps pin point which module could potentially be faulty and causing problems. If both RAM modules check out fine, then the problem is likely due to a faulty motherboard.

As per the troubleshooting performed so far, we concluded that that issue is with software and request you to reinstall the operating system.
Please back up all important data on your system. Here is a link on how you can do that: https://dell.to/3Ad3KHh
If you are not comfortable backing up data on your own, you could contact a local technician for assistance.
Next, we will have to create the media creation tool on a 16GB or 8GB empty flash drive. Please check this link to download the tool on to your USB: https://dell.to/3Nxfzep
Once done, let’s ensure that the Boot settings and SATA operations are correctly configured for this process.
You may check the following link to help you with it: https://dell.to/3bENpRb;
Now that we have the necessary settings and OS Media, please follow the instructions from this link to install the OS using the recovery media https://dell.to/3nsOqP9

For what it's worth, I just encountered this error and the issue for me was with my AMD drivers. I got the same errors as you and couldn't load up my dual monitors. Checking F12 diagnostics showed no hardware errors, and multiple displays was still enabled in BIOS. I ran all pending updates to the latest and still had the issue. I tried updating the AMD software and started getting compatbility warnings on the latest software from them, so I completely uninstalled the AMD software and now the drivers and card are working properly.
