I was seen in specifications documents of inspiration about fingerprint sensor on power button

It was an option on the 3511. If you type in your service tag number on the support page and look at configuration you should be able to tell if your system has it. In addition in Device Manager you should see it referred to. The picture I posted would look like your power button if it has the sensor option.
