Factory reset brand new Inspriron ?

I'd really welcome some help please.

My wife's new laptop arrived today and while setting it up, she asked me what our Outlook password is. Not knowing, I had to reset it on my Desktop PC - it's a business a/c - and then opened Outlook on my desktop.

My wife then put the new password onto her laptop but it's appearing as my PC and if the password relates only to my desktop, given what it says, as shown below.

How do I get out of this situation so she can restore from her old laptop ?
Do I need to continue with the complete set up then carry out a factory setting asap ?
