Ethernet Issues with Inspiron 5410
I have an Inspiron 5410 laptop, and I am trying to hook it up to the ethernet. I bought a new USB 3.0 to ethernet adapter because my old one wasn't working, but the problem still persists.
The PC is recognizing the internet connection but I am still receiving a "no internet" message. The Wifi signal works, but is a little less consistent, which is why I wanted to switch to ethernet. I have tried almost every solution I could find online.
Any help is appreciated.

You may want to refer to the manufacturer of the USB Ethernet for support.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
