Dell Power Manager & Battery Meter

Hello

I have a dell Inspiron 17R N7110 and is still like new used very little and never left the house, I always used it plugged in, always had it on not charging to keep battery at 50-60%,  this kept the battery almost as good as new, I went from win7 to win10 and I reset it yesterday and my battery meter was lost. I really want to install again could could some one help me with this,, please I would greatly appreciate it.

I loaded Dell power manger but it doesn’t connect to battery so I can’t turn off battery charging, , see pictures,

The battery meter is in Dell Quickset Application. You could find the application in link below.

However, Dell list the application only for windows 7 and 8. You could try running application in Compatibility Mode.
