Dell Inspiron 5570 SSD upgrade

I have a question about Dell Inspiron 5570 8th generation, I currently have a 512GB M.2 NVME drive on it but I need more space, I don't like HDD because they are so slow I know the

Maximum configuration supported
• M.2 SATA SSD: Up to 256 GB
• M.2 PCIe 3x4 NVMe SSD: Up to 512
GB

But has anyone tried adding a larger M.2 NVME? I would love to add a 2TB M.2 NVME drive  but I want to know if someone has tried it before and if it was accepeted, thank you.

Crucial compatibility upgrade tool provides option to upgrade up to 4TB of NVMe SSD.  Their products are considerably reliable and well performance.  They will provide full refund if the product does not work.

In other words, a 2TB NVMe SSD will work in your system.
