Could Dell to update AMD Video drivers to Adrenalin 22.5?
People's having a AMD-based Dell G15 5515/5525 would mad if Dell kept banning people from updating AMD video drivers into Adrenalin 22.5 by avoiding to update the drivers. It's 27 May 2022, but Dell are, armed with Microsoft help, still pushing AMD 30.0.13014.7002 (dated 2 December 2021) than AMD's up-to-date Adrenalin 22.5.1 [WHQL] drivers.
I don't like the drivers supplied by Dell and Microsoft, simply in favor of this:
[The Adrenalin 22.5.1 doesn't come with additional app, Privacy View, but it'll be come with if 22.5.2 was installed. A new app by AMD.]
As documented by Dell, the AMD drivers for display had near2zero effect toward frame-per-seconds because supplied drivers are dated to be Dec. 2021.
Adrenalin drivers meanwhile is the top most up-to-date here, it's released on May 23 2022!
Once a day, if I would like to arm with AMD's up-to-date drivers, may I had to disable the WU altogether?

Being a recent owner of an AMD-powered Dell's laptop, I'm quite disappointed like you of some kind of comercial war between Microsoft and AMD resulting in the old drivers being pushed back by Microsoft if you dare to update to the last AMD official drivers.
I have never seen such a thing with the Intel platform or for any other manufacturers.
The worst part is that this behaviour is known of AMD who explains what to do in such a case: disabling all update by windows update of manufacturers' drivers...
It is explained here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-300
But that will mean that all your devices will be concerned which is not the best to do.
I found that out after having realised that the AMD's software shipped with my laptop where not working anymore once the last drivers updated (either by dell or microsoft update). So I installed the last version from AMD's website to find out like you did that Microsoft Update will automatically scratch it. Incredible.
In top the cinemacolor app shipped by dell - i guess as a workaround of not allowing to install AMD's software - is not working anymore. Anyway such app are usually useless.
My major concerns is that as I'm using an external monitor compatible with AMD's sync technology (forgot the name but you will find that out), I'm not sure that it is still detected and applied with the Dell's driver package.
As well I found out that the new AMD driver was much better in hevc 4K decoding while the previous one was just staggering to do it as it should.
So your request to Dell to update its driver to the last AMD's one is understandable and should be taken into account.

Hey Dell, any update on this topic?
I finally did as mentioned in AMD's webpage to avoid windows to automatically scratch the last update and I manually discard the proposition to revert to the 2021 version when running Dell Software Update.
I'm now under version 22.8.1 of AMD's Adrenalin software and its a big improvement other the 2021's version. Notably streaming Netflix in 4K HDR is just perfect, with full support of AMD's Radeon FreeSync with my dell monitor (switch the panel to 48Hz instead of 60 to display 24fps content). And no issue so far with the laptop.
