Colour accuracy on Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567

Hi! So the colours on my inspiron have always been wonky since first time using it, be it for printing or rgb. I mentioned this to the dell distributors(?) and they told me that it's a common problem with dell and to delete a 'True Color' programme. So I did and now the colours are worst and way way way inaccurate. Like one time, a pink could turn out to be blue once printed out and a dull-ish blue would become cyan on other devices. 

I can't find this true color programme now and need to keep sending projects to my phone to check the colours, which isn't really an ideal solution but well...

If anyone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate it!
