Blue Screen
My Inspiron keeps shutting down to a blue screen and gives me an error message. The message reads " Your device ran into a problem and needs to re-start. We are collecting some error info and then we will re-start for you" I have tried to run the diagnostics test through the Dell Support but the computer shuts down before the test is completed. Help!!

Run the hardware test Outside OS environments . Reboot to F12 menu and choose diagnostics.
If the tests are passed.
Run WhoCrashed and it will read last crash dumps and tell you the exact file causing the issue.
