Alienware Control Center Not working Win10 G7 7700

I uninstalled the Alienware application as support appeared. And then I installed the application from micrsoft store. He reported that there were updates and I gave consent to install them. At this stage, it gives an error. After I deleted Alienware from the computer, I installed a discount directly on the software, but the application still has problems. I'm about to go crazy.

I installed as you indicated but the same problem persists. I will format the computer. I'm tired of this incident. Thanks for help. I hope it gets better when I format. Very bad experience. I cannot understand why the app is not updated or simplified.

Hi @osmnsaid  Please visit Dell Support for G7 17 7700 Drivers & Downloads for AWCC v5.2.115.0 update. Click on [Check for Updates] box to automatically download and then install your update. Or you can manually download and then install  AWCC v5.2.115.0 update <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>. The essential requirement is that update shall be downloaded onto your system, and then Run as administrator to install. Never try and install update over the internet.

Please note AWCC v5.2.115.0 update, Important Information:
- It is recommended that you install the audio driver version 6.0.1.8394 or later before installing this update. It is applicable on Alienware and Dell G-series systems with Realtek audio.
- You must keep your system connected to the ac power adapter when performing this update.

It gives an error saying 'It looks like you already own this product'. Even though I have entered my password, this screen comes up again. And it does not progress.

Hi @osmnsaid  please stop using Microsoft Store, and use Dell Support.

What I would do is uninstall it completely from microsoft store and install it using your drivers for your PC on the Dell driver thing. Let me know if that fixed it.

After I deleted the Alienware files, I installed  WCC v5.2.115.0 update <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>.   I have a new problem right now.

I don't use it anyway. I downloaded the WCC v5.2.115.0 update from the link you provided and installed it. When I open the application, the microsoft store window opens directly and gives this error. I don't think you understand the problem.

Hi @osmnsaid  remove AWCC and Restart (not Shut Down). If OC Controls installed, remove and Restart (not Shut Down). To completely remove AWCC and all its leftover files, use Revo Uninstaller Free to delete AWCC and then Advanced Scanning Mode to delete all the AWCC leftover files, and then Restart (not Shut Down). Then install the current AWCC version from Dell Support, as if for the first time. After many hours, AWCC will automatically install and integrate the OC Controls option, so that AWCC Fusion tab will work.
