Alienware Command Center Package Manager Wizard Problem

Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?? I have the exact same problem after following the Alienware Support directions. I followed them exactly, step by step as instructed. Now when I go to reinstall, I'm receiving the same error message.  PLEASE HELP. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE PRICE WE PAY FOR THESE PC'S. 

I am getting the same issue too. Seem like as soon as the warranty was up mine started acting up. I am suspecting everyone else is in the same boat? Send dell money to fix there issue with there software. I am very disappoint and sickened by Alienware sold out to dell. I am suspecting we will not have our LED fixed anytime soon, I am debating a reinstall too see if it a fresh start would fix it?

same issue as everyone else. Dell has been zero help. $2k for a semi-working laptop that has already been back them once.

@Claymoor6​ i just got mine back hours ago.... now ive come to download all the necessary programs especially AWCC and then this wizard cant stop from getting interrupted

Whats the solution here? Ive spent the past few hours trying all these steps and nothing works
