Inspiron 7700 AIO HDMI Input doesn't play sound
EDIT: Figured it out, had to plug my USB headphones into my switch dock, although I still honestly wish I could get sound from my switch to my PC via HDMI
Recently, I've been trying to play on my Nintendo Switch on my dock through my PC via HDMI (by using the Input source selection.) And even though it DOES show my switch, I can't hear my Switch. I can still hear my Desktop even though I swapped to my switch.

It works as design. The speakers and audio controller for your Dell 7700 are wired to AIO motherboard. When you use the LCD display part as a monitor for external device, the AIO's video/audio function is not active and disconnected from the LCD display. Therefore, any audio input to the LCD was not received or processed by the AIO motherboard = no audio from AIO.
