PCs come in many sizes, MT large down to uSFF tiny
this 100mm PC is SFF sized, and has serious limitations just for size. (and next watts max)(
I guess you cant fit full sized MT card in short case, form factor case?
there are 2 limits at least on FIT, too long, or too tall. so GPU cars are sold just on 2 sizes directions alone and some are too thick A 3rd Dimension (no pun)
the free manual on your PC is at dell.com it shows how to do this.
but does NOT teach out to buy a card that fits, (there are 10000 of cards that will not fit) 2001 to 2019
the manual is here. page 27 covers this. fan shroud out after cover off. remove the dummy pci bracket next.
then buy a short card, call SFF. card. the case is 100mm wide, 3.9" so MT real cards don't fit. small cases.
The MT bracket is 120mm way to big for 79.2 mm small sized cards.
so fit is first, what card do you have now or do you want advice.

or is this and X1 slot1 question?
IDK what you wish to access at all. slot1 is not used for graphics ever, only slot 0 , x16.
the card goes here, x16 slot seen here. there are 2 locks the screw and the rear tab at x16 far left below.
