3891 psu spec is either 260w or 360w.  If you current psu is 260w, it has no 6 pin PCIe connector.  If it is 360w, it has one 6 pin PCIe (black) connector.
There are multiple Dell proprietary 360w to 500w psu that can serve as upgrade of your 3891 psu upgrade.  All these use Dell proprietary white 6 pin connector.  Dell has been using a ubiquitous proprietary 6 pin 12V only connector on almost all of its recent desktop model motherboards across the board (Inspiron, Vostro, XPS, optiplex).  All these psu are interchangeable across models.  The 460/500w psu have two 6 pin PCIe connector (black).

Dell makes 500w, 460w and 360w psu in the Dell Thin Form Factor (TFX) that will fit 3891 chassis.

PS In the very latest Aurora R12/13 and XPS8950 Dell has advanced from the 6 pin to standard 10 pin ATX12VO.

Whatever upgrade will need to sit outside the chassis - nothing else will fit inside.  And given the other limitations of space inside the system, you'll be severely limited in upgrading the GPU as well.

Essentially, this is an appliance -- it's no easier to upgrade than it is to turn a $30 toaster oven into a convection microwave.

use basic online psu calculator to estimate what psu power you need for your cpu and gpu.
e.g., i5-10400, 2x8 gb ram, GTX 1650 Load Wattage: 214 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 264 W

for GTX 1650 the stock 260w psu is sufficient no need to upgrade.

If GTX 1660, Load Wattage: 257 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 307 W

the 360w psu upgrade is good enough.

here are popular user gpu builds in 3891.  GTX 1660S appears to be one.

The psu suggested works you do not need to  be put it outside the 3891 chasis.
