Dell Inspiron 560s app opening and closing again

Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron 560s that has a problem where Windows apps (including Photos, Films & TV, Calendar, and Calculator) open and then immediately close again. I have tried every troubleshooting step I can find on the internet and now resorted to formatting and reinstalling Windows 10 version 22H2 from a USB drive. However, the problem still persists. I have also tested the RAM and SSD.
This leads me to believe that this must be compatibility problem with this model. Can someone from Dell please let me know what the problem is so I can find a fix.
I should say that everything was working on Windows 10 version 22H2 until a week ago.

Update. I think I have found the problem being discussed on Microsoft's community. The problem seems to be affecting some older 64-bit computers with Windows 10 on them. The problem is not specific to Dell computers. See relevant links below.
