W2K3 non SP1 EOSL by Microsoft - Can't find reference on MS site

Does anyone have a link on the Microsoft Website that says the W2K3 servers without SP1 are EOL? The current EMC support Matrix indicates this to be true but I am looking for a statement from Microsoft.

Support for Windows Server 2003 x86 and IA64 Service Pack 0 (RTM) was retired by Microsoft on 4/10/07 (see http://support.microsoft.com/gp/lifesupsps#Windows for details). These products were GA released by Microsoft on 5/28/03 and 6/19/03 respectively and as of 4/10/07 all end customers who wish to continue to receive Microsoft support may need to install a minimum of Service Pack 1 (SP1) prior to Microsoft Support engineers engaging in support activities. This will affect all Windows Server 2003 x86/IA64 (RTM) versions (Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, etc.). This does not affect Windows Server 2003 x64 (RTM) which already includes SP1.

Windows Server 2003 will continue through the defined Microsoft Support Lifecycle Policy (10 years of support; 5 years mainstream Support and 5 years Extended Support) at the supported service pack level for Business and Developer products (see http://support.microsoft.com/gp/lifecycle for details).
To ensure EMC continues to provide qualified and supportable configurations, EMC is removing ESM support for new Windows Server 2003 x86/IA64 Service Pack 0 (RTM) configurations after the June 2007 ESM. Starting in the July 2007 ESM, Windows Server 2003 x86/IA64 Service Pack 1 and Windows Server 2003 x64 (RTM) will be the minimum supported versions. Newer Windows Server 2003 R2 and SP2 configurations will not be affected. Customers still running Windows Server 2003 x86/IA64 Service Pack 0 (RTM) should be encouraged to migrate to SP1 or later supported configurations.
